Should MedASSIST have charged $242 ?

My wife took a fall on the street early last evening and she opened a gash on her hand, so we went to MedASSIST in old town to get it sewn up.

The doctor cleaned the gash, gave her a shot to numb the hand and then gave her eight stitches. It took about thirty minutes.

Could people give me some idea of what a fair price for this kind of
walk-in treatment would be?
