Snorkling/Diving

This will be our 1st time in PV on April 6th for 2 weeks.
I am interested in swimming with manta rays, will be staying at the Royal Decameron Hotel.
Where is the best place to go? Also are there any Whales left in April and are there any Whale sharks in the area?
Any help please!

Few whales left in April, chances of seeing a whale shark anywhere in the ocean are remote at best. Plenty of Manta Rays in the Bay. We usually always see them on our trips to Yelapa. E-mail me at majepoole@hotmail.com and I will send you info on renting boats for all these activities. Mike P.
