So whats the Peso exchange these days?

What are the banks giving for Canadian and US dollars? I need an accurate rate to decide if i should bring pesos cash or travellers cheques.. i can get 7.58 pesos for one canadian dollar today from the bank i work for.. if u know the casa de cambios rates plz include them too.. thank you

$8.1 = $1.00 CAN That was at BITAL bank

8.1???? thats very high.. im asking because i wanna know what the local rate is.. i work in a bank and i know what the world rate is.. oh and another question.. do they charge for cashing travellers cheques as a rule in the banks?

i just want a few specific examples of current canadian rates.. just deciding to buy pesos here or there.. the best rate i can get from my bank is 7.72..

I exchanged some Canadian monies on Friday and got 7.95 at the TD Canada Trust...not bad! I will wait another month and exchange more....hopefully at a better rate. Am going to Royal Decameron the 16th of Jan..

Can anyone tell me the most recent rate for exchanging the Cdn dollar? Where is the best place to get that rate, a bank or a cambio? Please help us out! Thanks a million.

Friends of ours just returned today Jan.3rd -the best rate they got was at the Scotia Bank in PV ...8.51 pesos to the Cdn dollar. Hope it hangs on till we get there next week!
