What safety precautions should I take while I am in PV. I am a white, canadian teenage female who will most likely be on her own at one point in time or another. Is it safe for me to take a cab alone at night? What to do in the bar or downtown? Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, I have been approached by local guys in the past who have appeared to be very nice, is it safe to befriend then and converse with them or not? Thanks!
