Taxi rates from airport

What should one expect to pay for a taxi from the airport to Conchas Chinas? Have friends staying there next month and they are wondering what the approximate cost would be.

Taxi rates from INSIDE the airport are 150 pesos but if you go OUTSIDE on the street, (a bit of an inconvenience if you have alot of luggage) it is about 60 pesos. You decide if you want to pay an extra 90
