Topless Sunbathing on the Beach????

Do they allow topless sunbathing (for the ladies) on the beaches in PV?

legally no... but occassionally you will see some ladies out there sunbathing topless... this is not like on the Caribbean side of the world as in Jamaica, different parts of the Mayan Riviera area... good luck, have fun...

It is illegal to be topless on public beaches in Puerto Vallarta. You may see it at some resorts especially those with a euro-contingency but it is frowned upon and not very polite to local customs to do so on public beaches.
