Weather last week of Feb???

What should we expect? Will it be warm enough to swim in the pool or ocean? What are the evenings like? Is it very breezy? We always go to Playa del Carmen so I am not familiar with this area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Not a problem Tracie... enjoy.... hope you have a good time in Puerto Vallarta... we have been coming down here for about 12 yrs now... we used to go to Jamaica all the time, but it got to expensive... we are staying TWO weeks for the price of one week in Jamaica....
