1st time traveler, Hacienda Puerto Vallarta?

I was looking online at all-inclusive hotels for my honeymoon in May. I was wondering if anyone has ever been to the Hacienda Puerto Vallarta. Also, I am maybe booking through a website called beachdestinations.com. Has anyone heard anything about them?
Any help is appreciated! I am very new at this, but very excited!

Most hotel check in time is not until the afternoon. Out at 11 or 12 and in around 3 is typical. They have to clean the rooms after people leave. I do not see this as a huge complaint against a hotel.
