You have to be careful what you read some people post neg responses and complain about everything some have a great time and never bother to post , friends stayed there last year and had a great time , said it was a good property and had no real complaints. You dont say if you are single ,travelling with kids , what kind of vacation ( beach or golf) so to say you will be ok I would need more info ...however remeber this is Mexico , slow down take it easy be patient and polite to people and you will have a great trip Puerto Vallarta is one of the nicest places to go so go dont worry and have a great time.
