airport to hotel

I keep reading how expensive it is to go from the airport to hotel. How expensive is it? in us dollars.
Is there a cheaper way to get there?

Where are you going? As posted many times before, the cost of the airport taxis is much higher because it is a Federal Zone. You can haul your luggage out to the highway and grab a yellow cab BUT they have increased their prices to nearly the same as the taxis at the airport. It is a hassle to go across the bridge at the highway to take a bus - but it can be done. Just know you will have to carry your luggage on the bus to wherever you are going. Worth the extra $ to pay the taxi at the airport - get to your hotel and begin your vacation!
