Ala Carte Restaurant at Las Palmas

The AI package at Las Palmas includes one dinner at the Ala Carte Restaurant. Do men have to wear long pants at this restaurant or will dress shorts be acceptable? Is shrimp or lobster served at this restaurant, and is it included in AI package or is there a surcharge for it? We are also looking to eat out a couple of nights. We are looking for a couple restaurants that would serve great shrimp and seafood that would be moderately priced. Not looking for any restaurants that would cost over $100 per couple. Looking more at ones with a price tag of around $50 per couple for dinner and a couple drinks.
