Any feedback for the NH Kristal?

My wife and I are concidering the NH Kristal,
does anyone have feedback on this resort?
Also if they are undergoing any construction right now?

Best pool on the beach with 2 swimup bars and a nice beach restaurant. three towers to the south and 3 towers to the north under construction. We did not notice any construction noise by the pool.
