Anyone been to Club Viva Vallarta ?

Has anyone recently been to Club Viva Vallarta.
Would appreciate any comments.
We are going April 5th.
Is there transportation to downtown and what is the cost ?

My husband and I just got back on the 23rd.
Club Viva Vallarta was beautiful. The adult pool was our favorite place to hang out. Oscar was the best bartender too. We did see whales from that point twice during our stay. Bring a thermal travel mug with it kept our drinks nice and cold and not so many trips to the bar. Lots of walking.
Good food never went hungry or thirsty. Yes you can catch a bus to PV, but you have to walk out to the road to catch it, about three blocks. 14 pesos each to PV. The cab will pick you up right at resort lobby, but is 250 - 280 pesos to town and will hold four passengers. Negotiate price before you get in. We enjoyed our visit to Mexico and would go back to PV again.

Did you have a chance to check out any other all-inclusive properties while you were on your vacation? We are considering this property and also the Melia in the Marina area. Thanks.
