Have never used book-it.com... Now that we have been to the resort so many times, we book our rooms right with the resort before we leave that trip. We usually book two or three trips out (November and February) we are currently book November 2008 and Feb 2009 already.

Do you have any kind of \"number\" from Book-it.com??? That states you are making a request for a reservation at the resort??? Because if you do we can check with Myrna the guest relations manager to see if anything has crossed her desk on this???
