Best activities staff in PV?

In your opinion what resort has the best activities staff in PV? A group of us are heading down soon and we really like to get involved and have fun at the hotels that we stay at. Any info to help us make up our minds would be great!!! Thanks!

We are going down in Sept. But we wanted to find out which place has the best staff and activities before we choose a resort.
