Bringing A Pet to Mexico

Hello,

I would like to bring my Chihuahua, Lupe, to Mexico with me from the US. Can someone enlighten me on the process? Quarantine on either end? I believe American Airlines will let her travel for a fee, but my biggest concern is getting her in and out of each country.

What countries?

Mexico just requires her vaccination record with all shots up to date and a general health evaluation within 10 days prior to your arrival in Mx. What other countries do you have to take her through?

Have you called American Airlines and asked them what the requirements are for your travel route?
