Budget Honeymoon

I am looking for a good A.I. for a Honeymoon but am on a budget. I found a couple of trips with air fare for five days around 1500 dollars at the Crown Paradise, Melia and the Occidental Grand Nuevo Vallarta. We are going at the end of july and would prefer to avoid as many children as we can. If there are any suggestions or other hotels that I should consider your input would be of help.
