buses from Grand Marival to PV?

is it possible to take the bus from this resort, in Neuvo Vallarta, all the way to PV? What rate are we looking at also? One more thing, inlaws are staying at the Decameron during our stay at the Grand, can we visit each others resorts?--not more than an afternoon or evening, after all we left the kiddies at home,who needs the old folks...lol.
