Is anyone familiar with Casa Claudia and how is stood up to Hurricane Kenna? It is in that area that suffered a lot of damage and it is right on the beach. Thanks.

Although there was considerable damage in Old Town. There was no damage to Casa Claudia that was apparent from the street.
I was totally amazed at how quick everything was being cleaned up.
The locals are amazing. Everyone pitches in and gets the job done. By the end of the week cleanup was almost completed.
If this had happend in Canada the locals would still be bitching and complaining and trying to figure out what level of government the clean up and restoration grants would be coming from.
