Construction at the Krystal

Just wondered how the construction of the multi-level, beachfront building at the Krystal is coming. I guess it is supposed to lure AI people to the property. As a long time visitor to the Krystal, I think that building will ruin the neat atmosphere of the place.

In October it looked pretty close to being done, I walked by it on the beach and got as close as I could to take a look. I could see furnishings in the lower rooms. I believe all the rooms had balconies. Never have stayed at the Krystal but thought the ocean front rooms were in a good location.
