COSTA CLUB PUNTA ARENA help??

Ok I saw review on this hotel.. some are just nasty bad.. trash the place.

someone who has been here please be honest and give me some feed back
of the rooms and hotel.. is it by the beach or you have to take a shuttle? do they
provide it..

we are not looking for a 5 star hotel just a regular place to sleep.. but not to ugly either..

we just got back on the 14 of March staying at the Costa Club for 2 weeks.The hotel is very clean,the beach is right at the hotel,no shuttle to take just your towel and sunscreen.we went all inclusive which I was ok although the food is good it gets a little tiersome after a couple of days.We would eat breakfast and lunch there and then go downtown to eat a fabulous supper.getting back to your question,like I said the rooms are very clean,but can get very noisy at night as our door faced the hallway.You could hear allthe people talking and walking up the stairs,making it difficult to sleep some nights.If you want anymore info please email me dselinger@accesscomm.ca

Don 59 - Does a man named German still work there? He was sorta in charge of the beach and pool area at Las Palmas several years ago, but then moved on to Punta Arena. He was the sweetest, nicest guy, not young, but not old either. Just curious cuz we would look him up when we are down there.
