Just read a post under a \"few questions about the Crown paradise\" and two people say they have heard its been sold possibly to the same people that own the Camino Real any legit info on this or is this just rumors?

It is the Camino Real that has been sold. Ownership is changing over as of July 1st.

So the name change and the fact that their PR rep from the Crown went to the Camino Real is a coincidence or your info is only about the Camino real ? Knew about the Camino Real trying to find out any info on the Crown .

Pauli, when will the renovation of the Playa del Oro start? I think my wife and I will try to stay again (Dec) at the CP if there is not a lot of construction noise. I am glad to see the change next door for we have a 14 year old girl who has not been to PV only because we like to always stay at the Crown.

How do the timeshares at Marina de Oro fit into this scenario. Nothing has been put into maintaining the timeshare units for a long time, and it appears that the owners of Playa de Oro and Crown Paradise do not plan to support this facility. What is your take on this situation???
