Crown Paradise

We found this board after we had booked at the CP on the recommendation of our travel agent who had been there. It has been great to read all the positive comments on the hotel. Reading about all the people who have returned many times has us looking forward to our visit in mid- September. One question, since it is all inclusive, how does one tip; for each service, each day or at the end of the stay as with a cruise on Holland America? What are appropriate amounts and are pesos or USD preferred?

Back in February 2004. Lorrie and I spent two weeks at the Crown Paradise as they were working on the Golden Crown Paradise name change. That was our 7th time there (we are also known as Mr. and Mrs. Crown Paradise by the Staff)... Everything was great as usual... lots of good people working at this resort. and they will stop at NOTHING and i mean NOTHING to make your stay the best it can be... and please please do not be afraid to ASK for some thing... do you have a special occasion on your vacation.. birthday, anniversary, etc... We had a couple we met from Canada that were celebrating an anniversary... so i went to my dear Friend Poly and set up some special wine, balloons, streamers, etc.. for their night at the Paradise Resturuant... it was perfect ... and they were so happy with everything... We have kept in touch via e-mail and via postal.... and we hope to see them again down there next February.... We are also wanting to catch up with Chuck from St. Louis, Jean from Racine.... but then we have our other returning guests Blane and Susan, JJ and JC, Braden, and so many many more from Washington, Oregon, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, and all the provinces in Canada.... long lasting memories, and friendships are found at the Crown Paradise...
