Embarcadaro

Im heading down to pv in feb .my friend wants me to go to the Embarcadaro .Shes been there before and loved it , what does anyone else think?

It is at the Marina.
Across the road from the Mayan Palace.
I heard the food is not good .
We stay at the Melia which is close to the Embarcadaro.
I was talking to a guest at that hotel and she was saying they got hamburgers / hot dogs /and spaghetti for supper,not my idea of a good meal.
