Has anybody stayed at the Embarcadero Pacifico in the past two years?
We were last there in Feb. of 2000, and although the rooms and the resort were meticulously clean, the staff were very friendly, the food quality was terrible.
They actually served a pasta dish 3 meals in a row, and by the last evening you could smell that it had gone rancid.
I had heard that they had just switched owners, or were about to, and I was wondering if anybody has been there.
I am booking to go to PV for two weeks in Feb. and would love to hear from anybody who can help me make up my mind, I love the area.
