Check out the trip report on the third or fourth page of Tripadvisor. Sounds as if there may be a few problems, but regardless of the situation, enjoy your vacation. BTW, I usually check out Tripadvisor prior to trying out any new properties, or scheduling visits to properties I have visited in the past. That way I am able to make a more informed decision.
