I think the FA is the best hotel resort in PV, but next time your down, spend a few minutes and look at the Los Tules property nextdoor. I stayed at FA for 4 years, but changed last year to the Los Tules. If you consider the 17% hotel tax at FA, plus the room pricing, it makes sense to rent one of the great condos next door. You can tour one to see if you like it.
