girasol sur condos...any reviews and what to do in the area?

i would love some insight as to how it is to stay in these condos. they look great. i have a fifteen year old son. would he be entertained? eg. is there boogie boarding there or any other activities other than lying around on the beach? what about at night? do you have to get in a taxi or bus to see anything or are there places to walk in the immediate vicinity? thank you for any info you might wish to share!! x

we stay right next door at Playa Gemelas every year. The beach is gorgeous, good for body surfing and boogie boards. You will have to take a bus or cab into town for entertainment tho. Girasol Sur has a palapa restaurant, a small store at street level, Presidente Intercontinental next door to the south has a fabulous Italian restaurant, Da Antonio and a small gift shop adjacent. Your 15 year old may find this location to be dull unless there are a lot of families visiting at the same time as you.
