ksunshine91...you would be in town but not quite downtown...5 mins out in the hotel zone...nuevo is 30 mins north of there...there are many on this board that return to GCP each year and love it...I am sure they will be posting there opnions for you very soon...sonofdob.

Golden Crown is located near the Marina where the cruise ships come in. You can walk to town it takes around an hour give or take a few minutes. Or grab a cab for $4 that will take five to 10 minutes depending on traffic. You can walk to the marina and their are a few little shops, or walk across the street to Walmart.
You will have a great time at GCP, the wait staff is excellent. Go to the shows, they have a new one they were calling Live while we were there, but Danny was looking for input on another name to call the show. It was very good. We have have not figured out when they sleep, go,go,go.
