Has anyone stayed at an RCI place I have questions

Hello all

Only 7 more sleeps left. We are staying at the Velas Vallarta purchased through the RCI with the all inclusive. We pay the resort for the all inclusive fee and we already have the room. Has anyone ever done this? Does it work and do they treat you nice? We are going 12/4-11. Should I email the resort or call them to confirm? I am a bit confused so if anyone has any info please help.

I thank all for everything. We are going to have a great time no matter what. It is a vacation and a happy time.

THanks for the tip. But when you say get an email and/or phone call do you mean from the resort or RCI? I already have a confirmation from RCI but should I call the resort also?

With your RCI confirmation, you should be fine. The Velas is one great place. The place is kept beautifully and the drinks are great, service by the pool, right on the money and their big Restaurant, Andreas is 5 star as well as the beach Restaurant, Ribiera being excellent.

You will love it.

Thank you howard _jax and welovepv for your help. You have definately eased my mind. Only 6 more sleeps. My husband has said that he wants to do 2 excursions while we are there. I am thinking the pirate ship (night) and maybe a dune buggy tour.

Anyway thanks again. Will let you all know how our stay was.
