Has anyone stayed at the remodeled Crown Paridise Resort

Is it true they added a swim up bar?
How is the staff?
Is it possible to get a beach chair without getting up a 6:30 am?
Any other info you have would be helpful.
We will be arriving March 17th 05.

I am looking forward to seeing the changes maybe this June or July. We will probably be bringing our 15 year old daughter with us so we will have to stay at the CPC instead of our favorite GPC. I hope since we are repeaters, having stayed at the old Crown Paradise we might be able to arrange something to use their facilities also. It would be dificult to be next door and miss seeing all of our old staff friends except at the Factory Club.

Hey Chuck... Nacho the general manager, Angie and some of the other mangers are all located at the CPC now... they moved over there when they made the name changes... Nacho now has 12 people under him... i am sure that you will be able to slip over and see Aldo, Arturo, Margarito, etc... for the bartenders... and you know that Francisco, Ramon, Danny, Okie Dokie man at the bellman station would let you in.... or when you are over at the factory club give Jorge the high sign... LOL you just never know... but you know that they will take care of us repeaters....

Hi - we just walked through the Crown Paradise last week. We stayed there when it was the Vista de Oro.
They have improved it a a lot..and it was good before. Very classy. It was painted yellow now - not white...and the access to the beach is so excellent. Have Fun!!
