Los Tules - Very Nice
I am not familiar with the \"Park Royal Los Tules \" but if you mean the Los Tules in the hotel zone next to Fiesta Americana you have booked a gem. These are condo style rooms and vary accordingly . The location is prime. The beach is the best in the hotel zone and has been for years . Gigante plaza is right across the street for any supplies you need.

An added bonus is the proximity to Fiesta Americana . The 2 resorts are joined . You can easily use the facilities of FA . The pool certainly , the weight room for $4 US just fake a room # if they ask. Much cheaper then working out elsewhere. Good gym with 7 cybex stations , free weights(50lbs max dumbells, 250 lbs freeweights) and 5 different cardio machines and a smith machine .

You have made a very good choice . Enjoy your vacation and remember us with a trip report . :)
Los Tules
We own a timeshare week at Los Tules (week 1). It is an outstanding facility and the rooms (in general) are great. If you get a room near the road, however, you may not be able to keep your windows open at night due to the traffic noise. But any room away from the road will be great.
Los Tules
We have owned at Los Tules for years. One of the older resorts with a lot of charm. Many pools and the Cafe on the grounds has great food. Our unit is a few steps from the beach and sleeps 10, we love it. It is not a party place but so much of that you can do in town, then come back and enjoy the beauty of Los Tules. Enjoy :D
Park Royal is the name of the timeshare company that owns some 90 of the 360 units in Los Tules. We have owned a beachfront ground floor unit (6-113) since 1984 about 50 ft from the pool and 70 ft from Cafe Chapultapec. The 22 acre property is unique because it it a former coconut plantation yet right in the heart of the Hotel Zone across from Plaza Caracol (Gigante).
