having trouble

hi I am having trouble getting a hold of my rep for this condo. I am trying to figure out if this is the address that my parents are to give to the taxi driver.Jacarandas 518 Condo #2B, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, 48380.
this is the condo but is this the address as well. Any help would be appreciated thank you. They are panicking a little as they leave in 6 days so now they have me panicking because I cant get a hold of the lady.

Michelle, yes Jacarandas is the street and 518 is the address. By my estimation it should be somewhere between Cardenas and Dieguez (3 blocks). Do you have the name of the building?

If they give the taxi driver the address and if you can get the name of the building (and hope that it is on the outside) as the numbers of the buildings are not always easy to see, the taxi should be able to get them there without any problems.

thanks lori the name of the condo is monte lagaos and I got through to the rep just now so my little panick attack (brought on by my parents lol) is over. so if my parents just tell the taxi driver the name and address they should be fine right :) .

thank you benito thats good to hear it should be easy for them then. They fly out of minneapolis tommorrow morning. Have you happen to see this condo that I am talking about.

Tell your parents to walk 3 and 1/2 blocks north on Jacarandas and visit La Escondida. Almost to the corner of Madero. Nice friendly little Bar and ask for Suzanne the owner. They will make them comfortable and are a real good source of information. Loads of nice little places to eat in the vicinity of the Condo.

I just received an email from the lady who takes care of the condo letting me know they have arrived and are all checked in. I think that is so nice she would take the time to let me know.
