Holiday Inn

We are planning to stay at the Holiday Inn but have noticed that the prices are rather inexpensive, wondering why. They also offer a All Inclusive at a very inexpensive price.
Should I beware??

Re:Holiday Inn
Wow if they are only saying pool damage I am impressed. I was staying at Villa del Palmar next to the holiday in till Nov 10 and that place looked pretty bad. But hey I was impressed how far they had come cleaning up by the time I was there so maybe the Holiday Inn looks like a brand new hotel.

Check the last message under Spunky Sash Girl dated Dec.4th. This is from someone who recently was there. Also, check under message Beaches in Hotel Zone, one of the replys shows photos he recently took, photos.yahoo.com/ru6c2. There are 3 pages of photos, last page shows beach and back area of Holiday Inn. I understand the Holiday Inn and Krystal Area next door were in the midst of the worst damage.
Re:Holiday Inn
I am in PV NOW.
Stayed at the Villa Del Mar (next door to the Holliday Inn) from Nov 30 - Dec 7.
The pool and beach was a MESS when we arrived, beach retaining wall breached/sea coming up to wall/palapas gone /pool under repair ,no water.
By DEC 7 ,wall almost finished/water in pool/framework for Bars? restaurants? erected, they are getting things back to square one. Have no idea on the completion date.
Still no beach.
