Holiday Inn

I was at the Villa Del Palmar in July and in Dec. 2003. The beach is back but they still have problems at high tide with the water coming all the way up to the retaining wall in front of the hotel. They are continuing to work on the jettys at all of the hotels in the area to try to get control of the tide and erosion problems. Sand is still being brough in and moved around from Los Tules to Holiday Inn but the beach for the most part is back to normal.

Hi crow...looks like we may be leaving from the same airport on the same day! Jan 16, approx 1:00 pm....That is if you are leaving from Toronto???.......we will be staying at the Royal Decameron..Have a great time while you are there
