HOLiday Inn, what room should I ask for??

At the Hoiliday Inn, what would be a good room to ask for, I want low noise so if I leave my patio door open, I could still sleep. Also want the best veiw to see the sunset/sunrise????
Would a high rize room better than lower floor room.
I just need to know what to ask for when I get there. Would be one less thing to worry about if I new.

The rooms in the hight rise building are definitely better. Larger with a better view. Stay above the 9th floor for the best view. They are more expensive though and many units are privately owned.
