Sorry. After 12 years of going to Vallarta every year, I have no idea where it is, nor have I read any reports on it.

I think its in Mazatlan.

It is on Fco. Madero a few steps from the beach in the Romantic Zone. One blk North of the park

I thought it might be a part of the Grand Pelicanos. There used to be a hotel in that area by that name. Since the Pelicanos is now 2 resorts just thought it made sense. It is also on Gaviotas Beach

eloisa is way better. have stayed at both gaviotas pool is shaded and not good for tanning. eloisa pool on roof
