Stayed at the Hotel Pelicanos over Christmas this year. We found the hotel to be quite nice. We had previously stayed at the Blue Bay Getaway on our trip prior to this one, and found that we liked the Pelicanos atmosphere better. A couple of items to watch for though, the bar closing at 11:00pm is quite disappointing, as well as the front desk does not exchange travellers cheques as most resorts now do. They will however, exchange currency on cash. All in all though, we thoroughly enjoyed the Pelicanos and will return again.
