Hotel Pelicanos

It is a possibility that we may be staying at this resort in March using RCI. Does anyone know what the cost of the all-inclusive package is? We have quite a few people going and they are looking to me to find out. Also, my husband loves to boogie-board and wants to know if he can still do it off the beach at the Pelicanos.
