Hotel Posada de Roger? Would you recommend it?

Has anyone stayed there? Would you recommend it?

there tends to be a decent mix of reviews. just remember that reviews, from any board, are subjective. sometimes they seem a little over the top to the good or the bad.

as it happens there are a couple of recent reviews on the posada de roger.

the very first place i stayed at
it had a cement slab with rubber foamed mattress
wooden boiler for hot water
common bath it was clean and cheap for its time
it has improved a lot over the years
good people
i had tucan at one time serving corned beef
that is history
still loving vallarta

too noisy! That along with the rock hard mattress was too much for me to endure. Just my opinion.
