Hotel Recommendation For One Night

Arriving one day early, so require hotel room for one night (2 adults) on Feb.9/05 prior to moving to timeshare. Any suggestions or ideas for a moderately priced hotel in downtown? Have been considering the Rosita, El Pescador and the Posada Roger as possibilities. Thanks.

Yes, to the three you already mentioned, although of them I would choose Posada de Roger for location and ambiance. In similar price range you can also look at Hotel Eloisa, Hotel Rio, and Hotel Posada Rio Cuale. I am assuming you realize these are VERY basic hotels, probably nothing like the timeshare you will be checking into later?

Susana gives good advice, but also try Sun Suites Hotel.
You can also check with the timeshare and see how much they charge for a night when you are coming a day early.

bzy- right you are. I always forget about Sun Suites for some reason. Both properties (hotel and suites) look nice, extremely well-kept and a very good value. Also a bit more US/motel like for folks looking for a little less \"ambiance\" than a place like Posada Roger!!!
