Its my first time going to PV, so does anyone have any clue where to stay at for one that wants to be around the younger crowd during the last weeks of Dec??

We need more info to be able to point you in the right direction. Lots and lots of variety in accommodations in PV, from very inexpensive clean budget hotels to ultimate luxury resorts. Plus, if by last two weeks of December you mean the Christmas/New Years week, that week is always one of the most expensive to stay in PV.

The hotel needs to be beachfront and a three star hotel or better where younger people usually stay at close to el Malencon.
