How is Canto del Sol Hotel?

MY BF AND I WILL BE TRAVELING DOWN TO PV THIS SAT. AND WILL BE STAYING AT CANTO DEL SOL, ANYONE EVER STAYED THERE? HOW IS THE WEATHER THERE IN JULY? WE ARE A BIT WORRIED OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS WE KEEP SEEING IN THE FORCAST FOR THE COMING UP WEEK..........HELP!!! :shock:

Does Canto have a gym/weightroom ?

We have been to PV during thunderstorms and they were some of the most spectular sights I have ever seen or heard. We have been to PV at least 14 times, but when we have been there in October, May and June we experienced these incredible storms. They only occurred during the evening or very early morning hours and were a sight to behold. From what I have read on this and other boards, the rain does not last long (usually) during the summer and usually is in late afternoon and nights.

can anyone tell me if they have some fun things to do at the hoel at all?

Joyce , I remember you posting about the water aerobics or yoga classes , Larnbren also mentions all the pool activities . I would think a physical non alcoholic activity would do wonders for the system after after a night on the town . I know what the exercise of choice would be - but think after that :)
