Some friends of mine were staying in the Krystal time shares last week and said not much has been done to the first-floor yet.

Krystal is located south of the airport but north of downtown (El Centro) PV in the Hotel Zone near The Marina. You can get into town (maybe 10-15 mins. ride) by taxi cab (~$3-5/US) or local bus (4 peso).
