Is BBG in PV Topless Optional?

I read at a web site that is marketing BBG in PV, that the pools and beach are topless optional. I am looking for a response from someone who has actually been there recently who can confirm this for us.

Hi Jeff,
just got back from BBG. and yes toplesss is optional .......around the pool....not on the beach, beaches at PV are all publics and topless is not allowed.
