My hubby and I are looking to visit there in late June to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Would love to know anything about this resort. We have not made reservations yet.

Re:know anything about the Crown Paradise?
This hotel is owned by the same organization that owns Hotel Playa de Oro and Marina de Oro timeshares, both of which are adjacent to Crown Paradise. Over 100 Marina de Oro timeshare owner are engaged in a legal battle with the owners the company that owns Crown Paradise for ignoring contract agreements. Just an FYI.
Re:know anything about the Crown Paradise?
I am sure you will receive more replies from very satisfied visitors. We have stayed at the CP 4 times. Our first visit was in a standard room, which was very nice, all have balconies, coffee makers, hair dryers. The last 3 were in the honeymoon suite. It has a huge terrace with outside jacuzzi and lounge chairs to lay out in the sun on your own terrace. The resort is very clean. Bottled water is provided. There are 2 restaurants which you make reservations for (dress code, long pants for men, casual dresses or pant suits for women). These are for evening meals, there is also the \"outside restauant\" for casual dining, all meals are ala carte. There are two places to get food from during the day outside. The drinks are good, just ask for your favorite brand and they usually have it. The staff are friendly and great to get to know. There is plenty of chairs at the pool and on the beach (not the plastic kind) these are comfortable. There is 24 hour room service, but I do admit the food from this is not real good, but if you are real hungry and need a little something to get you buy for awhile it will do. They do adjoin the Playa De Orco, and as a guest at the CP you can go over there also and eat and drink. There is entertainment accross the street at the Factory Club, part of the resort, drinks are included there also. We will be going back to the CP in the near future, just got back earlier this month. If you have any specific questions, look at my profile for the email address and I will try to answer your questions.
Re:know anything about the Crown Paradise?
Dear Sunshine, Yep I know alot about the Crown.. We will be there June 26 for 8 days and this will be out 9th time since 6/99. You will love the place from the friendly and attentive staff to the food and beverages. Your room and the grounds overall are some of the best maintained and cleanest you will find anywhere. Do not let the first reply to your post give you any problems because the CP has very little to do with timeshares ie. 1 rep in the lobby and this guy is very low key. Please listen to Ana Ramirez during your orientation and she will explain to you who you will need to see about activities outside of the resort. Remember any timeshare give-away will cost your valuable vacation time and 4 hours of sales people is just not worth it. I hope you respond to this reply since I would like to know when you will actually be at the CP as I am always interested in people who like to visit PV and use this site. Chuck & Kay (St.Louis)
