KRYSTAL, Puerto Vallarta

We have been a timeshare owner at the Krystal for 5 years. Each year has gotten worse as far as reservations, check-in/out, services, quality. Would like to hear from other KRYSTAL timeshare owners regarding their experiences. Management is ignoring problems and the new hotel management is taking over timeshare rooms for hotel rooms etc etc Please let us hear from you regarding your experiences. Thanks
