For those who have stayed at the Krystal, can you walk to downtown??

It would be quite a walk. It takes 10-15 minutes on the bus.

Yes, you could walk it but for 4 peso the bus is better. I walked from Canto Del Sol to Krystal in about 15-20 minutes. Also walked from the downtown to the Canto another 25 minutes. So you are looking at about 50-60 minute walk.

if you are lazy and out of shape take a bus or a taxi.... but we walk downtown just about everyday for our morning exercise and just getting out to see the people... we walk down from Crown Paradise which is just aound the corner from the Krystal.... we can make it in about 45 minutes with a big hump on... or 60 minutes if we take our time... so it is up to you... walk down and taxi back... we do that too if we do a lot of shopping in the mean time...
