La Jolla Mismaloya beach situation

We are travelling to PV in March, thinking of staying at Mismaloya but are concerned about beach situation. Anyone there in last few weeks who can provide an update? Also, is it a good spot for kids?

I was just by there last week, much of the beach is back, most palapas up and running. There was some serious surf a couple of days, so make sure you check the warning flags before you or the kiddies go out.
