La Puntilla

We are renting a house in the community of La Puntilla. It looks like it is between Bucerias and La Cruz. We have never been there. Has anyone rented a house in La Puntilla?? If so, did you like it. Was it easy to walk to neighboring towns?? How was the beach??

It is on the edge of La Cruz. You can walk to La Cruz but too long a walk to Bucerias. The beach is rocky and a bit polluted. La Puntilla is in a new area of gated communities-separate from the \"Mexican\" part of La Cruz. It is nice and clean.
